Short Stays (less than 7 nights) have a 3 night minimum and are accepted in advance for the SPRING/FALL and OFF SEASON ONLY. Short Stays are also accepted for the Pre or Post Season 2 weeks prior to arrival with the Owner's approval. |
Short Stay Rate Formula
Calculating Short Stay Rate:
Weekly Rate (for the season you wish to come) divided by 5... multiplied by the number of nights.
Example: $1,000 divided by 5 = $200
$200 X 3 nights = $600 Short Stay Rate
(plus taxes, etc.)
